Every palletin its place.
NG WMS runs goods from an announced receipt to loading: every pallet has a location, lot and expiry are recorded from the first scan, and every line is checked before dispatch. Accurate stock, fewer delivery errors — and NG Copilot to answer questions about your goods, with AI agents that keep up with the routine and propose the next step.
AI at the core:NG Copilot·AI agents·MCP server- NG Copilot, AI agents and MCP
- Multiple warehouses and goods owners
- Lot, serial number and expiry date
- Scanner app and ERP link
Five points where a warehouse makes or loses money
NG WMS keeps each of them accurate. Together they form one record of the goods — from the dock to the truck.
- 01
Receiving
What arrives is compared with the announcement straight away, with lot and expiry from the first scan. Supplier discrepancies are settled at the dock, not a month later.
- 02
Locations
Every location has a purpose, a capacity and mixing rules. Goods are found first time, and new staff do not depend on the memory of senior colleagues.
- 03
Picking
Orders are grouped into waves, stock is reserved, and pickers get work only once blockers are cleared. Fewer stalls and fewer trips back for missing goods.
- 04
Dispatch
Every line is scanned into a box with an LPN label, and the pallet gets an SSCC label. The customer receives exactly what they ordered.
- 05
Stock control
Pick-face replenishment from reserve, blocks with a reason and targeted counts by zone — accurate stock without closing the warehouse.
Your team gets an AI that knows every order, location and lot
NG Copilot answers from your data, AI agents keep watch over the shift, dispatch, replenishment and expiry dates, and MCP connects your team's AI tool to the warehouse. Always with a document, under the user's rights and with a person's confirmation.
NG Copilot
NG Copilot knows where the goods are
Ask in your own words, in Serbian or English. Copilot goes through orders, waves, locations and goods history and answers with the document the answer comes from — and a proposed action waits for your confirmation.
- Answers with a document: wave, order, location, lot
- Shift overview and blockers before the truck
- Proposals for replenishment, a priority or a check
AI agent
AI agents for the warehouse routine
Agents keep an eye on what a shift lead would otherwise check by hand — the shift, dispatch, replenishment, counts, expiry dates and the ERP exchange — and prepare proposals that wait for a person.
- Run on a schedule or on an event
- They prepare; people decide
- The same data and rights as the user
MCP
MCP server
The open Model Context Protocol standard connects the AI tool your team already uses to NG WMS — with no separate integration per tool.
- Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients
- Acts on behalf of the signed-in user
- A key the administrator can revoke
AI agent
The shift starts with a plan, not a walk-around
At the start of the shift, an AI agent goes through open receipts, waves in preparation, orders with blockers and pick locations below minimum, and builds a short overview for the shift lead: what is late, what is waiting for stock and where to act first.
- A shift overview with a document behind every item
- Blockers and empty pick locations before the first wave
- A priority proposal — changed only after confirmation
NG Copilot
What is late for dispatch — and what to do right now
You ask in your own words, and Copilot checks today's dispatch orders, waves, reservations and ERP stop flags — then says for each order what is holding it back and which document it knows that from.
- Orders with blockers, with the reason and the document
- Blockers kept apart from warnings
- A replenishment proposal — the task is created only after confirmation
NG Copilot
Where a lot is and who received it — in one answer
Copilot follows a lot from receipt, through delivery notes, to stock at a location, and names the document behind every statement. When a customer or an inspector asks, the answer does not wait for a custom report.
- Receipt, delivery notes and lot stock in one place
- A document behind every item, one click away
- Only the warehouses and goods owners your account may see
MCP
The AI tool your team already uses, connected to the warehouse
Through the NG WMS MCP server, Claude, ChatGPT or any other MCP-capable AI tool reads stock, orders, waves and goods history — on behalf of the signed-in user and only for the warehouses and goods owners that user may see.
- No separate integration per AI tool
- The same rights and the same trail as in NG WMS
- Proposals come back to NG WMS for confirmation
- Answers with a document
- Actions only on confirmation
- Only what the user may see
- A trail of every question and confirmation
- Your warehouse rules stay yours
- Access and keys under control
Everything the warehouse does, in one system
From receiving to dispatch, from location to ERP. Each page shows how the work runs in NG WMS and what you gain.
Flow of goods
- InboundWhat was announced, what arrived and the difference — on one order, with lot and expiry.
- OutboundFrom delivery note to a pallet ready for loading — wave, check and pack in one flow.
- Stock and replenishmentStock by location and LPN, quality blocks and replenishment that starts from a proposal.
- Cycle countA scope that fits, blind counting and a decision for every variance before it reaches the ERP.
Warehouse
- Warehouse modelFrom the warehouse down to a single location — with purpose, rules and a 2.5D view of occupancy.
- LabelsTemplates by type, owner and supplier — and a printer you do not pick again for every label.
- KittingWhat was consumed, what was made and who did the work — on one work order.
- Scanner appReceiving, dispatch, transfers and counting — confirmed by scanning, where the goods are.
AI, control and connections
- NG Copilot and MCPAn AI that knows every pallet: answers with a document, agents handle the routine, and actions wait for your confirmation.
- Reports and traceabilityWhere a lot went, what it was made of and who did what — from real work, not spreadsheets.
- ERP integrationAPI, webhooks and an outbox with a log — an ERP link you can monitor and replay.
A dispatch error is caught at the bench, not at the customer
The control and packing station is the last stop before the truck. That is why it carries the most checks.
- Every line is scanned and confirmedA line goes into the box after it is scanned and confirmed, and the order shows clearly whether it is fully or partly packed.
- Boxes get an LPN, pallets a shipping labelGoods are packed into a box with a printed LPN label, and the outgoing pallet gets an SSCC label.
- Serial numbers and a warranty sheetSerial numbers are assigned at control, and the warranty sheet is printed from the same flow.
Rules a real warehouse already has
Details that live as notes in spreadsheets are item, location and document settings here.
- Multiple warehouses and goods ownersA warehouse, area, sub-area and location hierarchy; documents carry the goods owner, and labels can have a template per owner.
- Lot, serial number and expiryMandatory per item when configured, with a minimum remaining shelf life at receiving and at issue.
- Issuing rule per itemConfigured per item: FIFO, LIFO, FEFO or by location sequence.
- Customs warehousingCustoms status of locations and sub-areas, customs data at receiving, and customs clearance and re-export as outbound types.
- Handling unitsWeight, volume and dimensions of each handling unit, a maximum per location and a packing bill of materials per item.
- Blocks and quality statusGoods are blocked with a document and a reason; blocked stock and stock awaiting quality release are not offered in manual reservation.
The ERP keeps the books, NG WMS keeps the goods
Exchange runs through a documented API and events. A message that fails is retried under the same ID, so the receiving side can recognise a repeat delivery.
- API clients with keys that expire and can be revoked; the secret is shown only once
- Webhooks for events from a catalogue, with a choice of authentication method
- An outbox with attempt counts and manual retries under the same message ID
- A message log in both directions, with status and correlation id
- OpenAPI documentation and a Postman collection

AI in the warehouse: what NG Copilot and MCP change in daily work
Most time in a warehouse is not spent carrying goods but looking for information. How an AI assistant that knows your orders, locations and stock history shortens that path — while people keep the decisions.

Barcodes, SSCC and LPN in the warehouse: what each one is and how it is used
An EAN identifies a product, an LPN a unit of stock inside the warehouse, and an SSCC a pallet or carton on its way to the customer. A plain-language guide to the differences, where each label goes and the mistakes that stop scanning from helping.

FIFO vs FEFO in the warehouse: expiry dates, lots and quality holds
FIFO issues stock in the order it arrived, FEFO by expiry date. When each rule makes sense, how lots and expiry dates are managed, and how a system keeps blocked or short-dated stock away from customers.
Frequently asked questions
What is NG WMS?
NG WMS is a warehouse management system with an AI assistant: receiving, outbound with picking waves and a control and packing station, stock and pick-face replenishment, cycle counts, a warehouse model with a 2.5D view, labels, kitting, a scanner app, reports and traceability, NG Copilot with AI agents and an MCP server, and an ERP connection through an API.
Does NG WMS have AI?
Yes. NG Copilot is the AI assistant built into NG WMS: it answers questions about stock, orders and waves with the document the answer comes from, flags dispatch blockers and proposes replenishment. AI agents keep watch over the shift, dispatch, replenishment, counts and expiry dates on a schedule or on an event and prepare proposals for confirmation, and through the MCP server your team’s AI assistants work with NG WMS too, under the same permissions.
How does an NG WMS rollout start?
With a demo on your own flows of goods. We then set up the warehouse model, items and rules together, connect your ERP and prepare the warehouse team to work with scanners.
How much does NG WMS cost?
We prepare an offer after the demo, based on your warehouse, your flows of goods and the connections to your other systems.
Does NG WMS connect to our ERP?
Yes. The connection runs through API clients, webhooks and an outbox with message retries, and the data mapping is configured for your ERP. Every message stays in the log, so the exchange can be monitored and checked.
Is there an app for scanners?
Yes. The scanner app covers receiving, dispatch, transfers, counts and stock and location checks, with sign-in by QR code or badge. Devices are matched to the equipment you use.
How does NG WMS relate to NG One?
NG One is the ERP of the same NG family and has its own warehouse features. NG WMS is a standalone warehouse system that connects to NG One or any other ERP through the same API.
