Privacy policy
Here we explain what personal data Konis Software Doo collects through the ngwms.app website, for what purpose, how long it is kept and what rights you have. The site collects data only when you send it through the enquiry form.
01Who processes the data
Konis Software Doo (Kaplara Momčila Gavrića 7, 11010 Belgrade, Serbia; tax ID 111929303) is responsible, as controller, for the data collected on this site.

02What we collect and for what purpose
Personal data reaches us through one channel only: the enquiry form. We use what you send to reply and to arrange a demo.
- Full name, company name and e-mail — so we know whom to answer and where.
- Phone and number of warehouses — only if you enter them; both fields are optional.
- The message text — what you are writing to us about.
03Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give by sending the message, or on steps we take at your request before a possible contract. We protect the form against abuse (reCAPTCHA and request limits) on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
We process data in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors from the European Union, with the GDPR where it applies.
04Form protection
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects interaction data to tell people apart from automated requests; Google’s privacy rules apply to that processing. There are no other third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site.
05Browser settings
Whether you view the light or the dark theme is recorded only by your browser, in its local storage; that setting never reaches us. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on the site.
06How long we keep data
We keep messages for as long as the reply and any correspondence that follows take, unless a regulation requires longer retention. Your IP address serves only to protect the form from abuse and is kept temporarily, in the server’s working memory.
07Your rights
Send requests to office@konissoftware.com; we respond within the statutory deadline.
- Access to your data, its correction and erasure.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
- You may withdraw consent whenever you wish; processing carried out until then remains lawful.
- If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
08Data in the NG WMS product
This policy applies only to the ngwms.app website. Processing of the data customers keep in the NG WMS product itself is governed by the contract between the customer and Konis Software.
